I am James Finley. I am a 7th and 8th Grade science teacher for the New Providence school district. I have been teaching science there for 5 years now. Over the course of my time at New Providence I have earned several awards and teaching honors including the Middle School Teacher of the Year for the Union County Teacher Recognition program.
Additionally, I am finishing up my Master’s Degree in Science Education at Rutgers University in the summer. I plan to continue my school as I apply to the Ed. Doctorate program.
My interests include running, hiking, music, teaching, and science.
